• We’re expanding and seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead a team of B2B Sales Account Executives. • In this role, you will focus on driving sales performance, building strong team relationships, and providing hands-on supervision. • Key responsibilities include monitoring sales metrics, overseeing campaigns, coaching team members, and motivating Account Executives to exceed targets. • You'll play a critical role in achieving sales goals while fostering a positive team environment. • Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support overall team success.

Requirements

• Proven success in a B2B/B2C sales environment, with a strong track record of achieving results. • Expertise in strategic problem-solving, project management, and team leadership. • 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, with a hands-on leadership approach. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams. • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred. • Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to apply creative thinking to the sales process. • In-depth understanding of digital programs and the ability to clearly explain key elements to clients and stakeholders. • Solid knowledge of digital products and applications. • Ability to think strategically, develop action plans, and present them effectively to senior management. • Capacity to learn and articulate complex product concepts. • Strong interpersonal, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with minimal supervision. • High level of initiative and a strong sense of urgency.
