• Since 2012, INFUSE helped thousands of B2B organizations drive full-funnel results through innovative demand generation solutions. • RESPONSIBLE FOR efficiently driving global purchases and management of IT assets and licenses. • Areas of Responsibility include procurement overseeing, optimization, and management. • Stakeholder, supplier, and vendor management, compliance management. • Global-wide IT asset management and logistics, primarily in EMEA and US regions.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an IT procurement specialist or in a similar position. • Strong experience with IT asset management (including inventory). • Strong understanding of modern hardware, software and service market, including knowledge of key vendors, suppliers and trends. • Excellent knowledge of software and service licensing. • Experience with stakeholder, supplier, and vendor management. • Knowledge of best practices in procurement. • Supervisory and team management experience is a plus. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Good level of written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). • Well-developed strategic thinking and analytical skills. • Structural mindset and strong attention to details. • Ability to demonstrate a positive approach, flexibility, and self-initiative. • Ability to work in a multitasking environment and meet deadlines. • Experience working in multinational globally distributed teams will be a plus.
