Description

• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to create impactful user interfaces • Develop clickable prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback • Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design iterations • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions • Oversee the design process and identify areas for improvement • Conduct competition research to inform design decisions • Assist developers during the implementation phase by providing support and clarifications • Utilize INGENIOUS.BUILD Design System to maintain consistency across the product • Take ownership of features and drive them from conception to delivery • Create user-friendly interfaces for the complex B2B web application

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a UX/UI/Product Designer or in a similar role • Demonstrated strong teamwork skills coupled with a problem-solving attitude • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility rules • A proactive and curious approach to work • Proficiency in Figma • Ability to create and maintain Design System
