📋 Description

• The Security Awareness Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's security awareness program. • Manage the flow of security-related communications. • Educate the workforce, change behaviors, and foster a strong security culture. • Identify, prioritize, and manage human risks, aligning security awareness efforts with the organization's strategic security priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. • Equivalent experience and certifications may be considered in place of a degree. • 3-5 years of experience in security awareness, cybersecurity, training, or communications roles.; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position • Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, concise communications for diverse audiences. • Knowledge of learning theory, behavior change models, and cultural analysis. • Understanding of risk management principles and processes. • Familiarity with security awareness frameworks and standards. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Experience with security awareness tools (e.g., KnowBe4, Proofpoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, social engineering threats, and compliance frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR).
