•Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management and email marketing •Strong analytical abilities, particularly in conversion rate optimisation and quality management. •Deep understanding of digital marketing capabilities to align with and deliver business objectives. •Proficiency with digital tools including Hubspot, Google Analytics, and Salesforce. •Advanced understanding of web analytics, data interpretation, and reporting metrics (KPIs). •Skilled in CRM management, marketing automation, and audience segmentation. •Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, media studies, or a related field. •Strong interest in digital marketing trends, social media, and digital technology. •Fluent in English as well as in German (both written and verbal) •Experience targeting B2B customers and a high level of customer focus. •High level of creativity, self-initiative, and a service-oriented approach. •Strong time and quality management skills
