📋 Description

• Financial Planning & Forecasting – Develop and maintain dynamic financial models in Excel & NetSuite • Build and optimize SaaS-specific forecasting models (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV, Churn) • Create quarterly rolling forecasts and scenario analyses for leadership teams • Support the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads • Data Analysis & Reporting – Automate financial reporting dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and NetSuite • Track and analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, retention, churn, LTV, CAC Payback) • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast) and provide actionable insights • Standardize KPI reporting & visualization for leadership and investors • Revenue & Profitability Analysis – Develop customer cohort analysis to measure revenue trends & churn impact • Partner with RevOps and Sales to optimize pricing, discounting, and revenue growth • Improve cash flow forecasting and expense tracking to maximize profitability • Identify cost-saving opportunities and margin improvement strategies • Process Automation & Systems Integration – Optimize financial models and reporting automation using advanced Excel techniques • Integrate financial data between NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI tools • Assist in ERP (NetSuite) and FP&A tool implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Excel Ninja – Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, PivotTables, Macros, INDEX/MATCH, Power Pivot) • SaaS FP&A Expertise – Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and financial modeling • Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to transform complex financial data into actionable insights • Experience with ERP & BI Tools – NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, Power BI, Tableau (preferred) • Process Automation Skills – Experience in streamlining financial reporting & forecasting • Strong Communication – Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • 3+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a SaaS/Tech environment • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced), SQL (a plus), and financial modeling • Experience with NetSuite, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar FP&A tools
