β’ In this role, you will consult with business leaders... β’ Consult with business leads to provide gap analysis and technical solutions to manual processes. β’ Proactively research and identify new applications solutions for business units. β’ 3rd line support for all productivity and business applications β’ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal/external teams (e.g. software developers/partners) β’ Vendor management β’ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers β’ Document technical knowledge in the form knowledge base articles and training manuals
β’ 4+ years of experience in IT/Applications support β’ BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field β’ Experience in Unified Communications technologies (Voice, Messaging, Contact Center), Collaboration tools (O365/Google Suite), Business Applications (SFDC, Asana, ERP systems) β’ Good to have experience in ITIL process knowledge. β’ ITIL v4 β’ Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus β’ Experience within the finance software industry
