📋 Description
• In this role, you will consult with business leaders... • Consult with business leads to provide gap analysis and technical solutions to manual processes. • Proactively research and identify new applications solutions for business units. • 3rd line support for all productivity and business applications • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal/external teams (e.g. software developers/partners) • Vendor management • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers • Document technical knowledge in the form knowledge base articles and training manuals
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience in IT/Applications support • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field • Experience in Unified Communications technologies (Voice, Messaging, Contact Center), Collaboration tools (O365/Google Suite), Business Applications (SFDC, Asana, ERP systems) • Good to have experience in ITIL process knowledge. • ITIL v4 • Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus • Experience within the finance software industry
