• Manage and maintain our CRM system. • Collaborate with our Sales Director to implement various sales strategies. • Support the sales team in executing their tasks. • Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide support to all sales representatives. • Generate regular reports and overviews on sales team performance and campaigns. • Update and optimize the CRM environment and modules as needed. • Utilize Excel and other tools to provide data for sales campaigns and to improve various processes. • Administer user profiles and maintain high data quality. • Perform mass updates and track sales numbers, team performance, and commission levels. • Communicate with CRM Support for any technical issues. • Issue, track, and manage invoices, ensuring that they are accurate, processed quickly, and payments are made on time.
• Advanced Excel skills. • Experience administering a CRM environment (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics). • Proficiency in exporting, manipulating, and re-importing data within CRM systems. • Fluency in English (the official company language). • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and improve. • Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools. • Ability to write Macros in VBA (nice to have). • Basic coding skills in JavaScript, Deluge, Apex, or C# (nice to have). • Experience with API tools and development for use with CRM systems (nice to have). • Basic accounting skills (nice to have).
