• Innovecs is a global digital services company specializing in software solutions. • You will be part of the key delivery management team executing service delivery strategy. • Lead your team of Delivery Managers and Software Engineers for quality delivery outcomes. • Work closely with the Account Executive team to maintain customer relations. • Introduce best practices and development opportunities for engineers.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess 3+ years of experience in a similar position and software development management experience • A proven track record of management of the teams that were building enterprise-level applications • Demonstrate deep understanding of key technology areas applicable to Innovecs engineering capabilities • Demonstrated collaborative style, with the ability to influence diverse teams and build strong relationships across various internal stakeholders • Experience managing Salesforce projects / teams (related to Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, etc) is a big plus • Track record of driving initiatives and achieving results • Familiarity with Git, Jira, and Confluence • Focus on execution • Customer obsessed • Taking impact on financials into decision making process • Self-motivated and passionate • Decision maker • Fast-acting and solving problems • Empathetic, assertive, great communicator.
