• You will be part of the key delivery management team and take responsibility for executing service delivery strategy for portfolio of clients in Gaming. • You will lead your team of Producers / Delivery Managers, along with a broad team of Software Engineers and Artists in order to attain the highest quality games delivery outcomes and experience for our existing and new customers. • You will be working closely with our Account Executive team to ensure that our customer obsession is maintained and that we continue to grow long and fruitful customer relationships. • You will have the opportunity to introduce and evolve best practices, and provide long term, exciting development opportunities for our talented engineers and artists.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working in a production role where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of mobile games • Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager / Producer • Ability to create, track, and maintain complex schedules • Proficient in creating and managing project plans, timetables, status reports, and internal/external documentation • Profound understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Proficient in running teams with agile methodologies such as scrum and kanban • Experience with JIRA and Confluence • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Exceptional communication skills both oral and written • Exposure to data regulation and legislation (eg. COPPA, GDPR, etc.) • Project management across multiple product areas (design, art, development, analytics, UX, writing, QA, dev, etc.
