📋 Description

Innovetive Petcare is now hiring for an additional full-time Veterinarian to join our team as a Campus Recruiter! This position is 100% remote, requires a doctorate degree in veterinary medicine (DVM, VMD, or equivalent), and will be expected to travel up to 50% of the time during peak recruiting seasons.

A doctorate degree in veterinary medicine (DVM) or equivalent. Tireless work ethic and you thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Comfortable working independently and collaborating with other team members. A passion for assisting veterinary students with finding their career path. Ability to cultivate exceptional relationships and manage contacts at all levels. A hands-on approach, with the ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities and competing demands. Demonstrate high accuracy and detail orientation. Maintain professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Dependable, have a great attitude, are highly motivated, and are a team player Creativity and innovation to manage the recruiting process and build a talent pipeline of future clinical leaders within our organization. Willingness to learn and have a genuine passion for finding the right talent. A flexible skill set, including thinking strategically, executing tactically, and collaborating across many teams, levels, and situations. Ability to prioritize work effectively in an environment with competing demands. You understand and must be willing and able to travel during the peak campus recruiting season.
