Description

• Supports local Referral Development Manager by assisting with equipment delivery/setup. • Delivers and sets up respiratory equipment in patient homes. • Gathers customer information and documents interactions. • Operates non-commercial vehicle carrying medical equipment. • Completes paperwork related to deliveries and pickups. • May work after hours or on-call including weekends and holidays. • Conducts equipment setup and titration studies. • Acts as a clinical resource for appointments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required. • 1 year experience of home medical equipment delivery, required; oxygen therapy or respiratory related, preferred. • State or National certification or licensure required; Emergency Medical Technician, Advanced Medical Technician, Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant, required for Level II. • 2 years’ experience in home medical equipment industry preferred for Level II. • Licensed or Registered Respiratory Therapist or registered Nurse required for Level III. • 3 years’ experience of clinical services preferred for Level III. • Intermediate knowledge/proficiency in Microsoft Office required for all levels.
