📋 Description
• Inovalon’s Professional Service team influences customer implementation of SaaS solutions • Manage customer Professional Service engagements across Payer product portfolio • Act as client-facing point of contact for Quality/STARS/Risk activities • Act as trusted advisor to understand Quality and/or Risk Adjustment goals • Manage outstanding issues and drive issues to resolution • Develop and maintain industry expertise from Quality and Risk Adjustment perspective • Identify growth opportunities based on client needs • Establish strong leadership shadow reinforcing Inovalon values • Demonstrate effective communication skills with technical customers • Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement • Uphold responsibilities relative to separation of duties
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of health plan Quality, CMS STARS or Risk Adjustment program delivery experience • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer-facing roles • Previous experience in professional services or consulting with payer customers • Ability to identify customer needs in complex regulatory environments • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Deep knowledge of health care data • Proactive approach towards executing multiple tasks simultaneously • Detail-oriented with ability to work in fast-paced environment • Tableau, SnowFlake and/or SQL experience a plus • Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
