📋 Description

• Inovalon is seeking a Senior Product Owner responsible for driving product decisions and collaborating across teams to ensure timely product delivery and success. • The role includes adopting Agile behaviors, writing requirements, working with Real World Data, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and overseeing software development lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience with exposure to SAAS products as a business analyst or related role. • Must be data focused and enjoy with healthcare data. • Healthcare experience is a requirement - preferably life sciences. • Must be able to write requirements and create a data specification. • Must be familiar with real world data and claims, ideally closed payer claims data (understanding 837 and 835). • Agile / SCRUM experience and/or certification. • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. • High level of honesty, respect, dependability and flexibility. • Experience in fast-paced and rapidly growing environment. • Strong business acumen. • Must be comfortable gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders. • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred. • Great organizational skills and ‘get things done’ attitude.
