• Who are we? • IOHK, is a technology company focused on Blockchain research and development. • We are renowned for our scientific approach to blockchain development, emphasizing peer-reviewed research and formal methods to ensure security, scalability, and sustainability. • Our projects include decentralized finance (DeFi), governance, and identity management, aiming to advance the capabilities and adoption of blockchain technology globally. • We invest in the unknown, applying our curiosity and desire for positive change to everything we do. • By fueling creativity, innovation, and progress within our teams, our products and services are designed for people to be fearless, to be changemakers. • What the role involves: • As an innovative and visionary Creative Director, you will lead the creative team for Input Output Group. • This role requires a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, decentralized applications (dApps), and emerging digital experiences. • The ideal candidate will blend storytelling, brand strategy, and cutting-edge design to create immersive, engaging, and community-driven experiences that elevate our brand in the Web3 ecosystem. • You will develop and execute compelling creative solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand storytelling and engagement. • You will be responsible for creative decision-making, advocate for best practices, and stay ahead of industry trends. • Your impact will be felt through high-quality, consistent, and engaging creative work that strengthens our brand.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership, branding, or design, with a strong portfolio in tech, gaming, or Web3 industries. • Proven experience in brand strategy, naming, identity design, and creative asset development. • Strong background in UI/UX design, website development, and interactive digital experiences. • Expertise in motion graphics, video production, and multimedia storytelling. • Experience with Web3, DAOs and blockchain-native brands. • Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills. • Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to branding and creative execution. • Proven experience in a Creative Director or senior creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful projects. • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools. • Strong knowledge of composition, color theory, typography, and storytelling techniques. • Demonstrated experience leading multi-faceted creative projects in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize and manage deadlines while maintaining quality. • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and foster teamwork. • Familiarity with video production workflows, formats, and optimization for various platforms.
