Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in developer relations, community management, or a similar role. • Experience working with blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies is highly desirable. • A strong portfolio of community engagement activities, content creation, and/or technical contributions is a plus. • Excellent social and interpersonal skills • A solid understanding of software development principles and practices, with the ability to engage in technical conversations with developers. • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • Proven experience in building and nurturing online communities, with a deep understanding of community dynamics and engagement strategies. • Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, active listening, and the ability to build rapport with developers from diverse backgrounds. • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and address challenges effectively. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to evolving community needs and project priorities • Creative thinking – the ability to solve tough problems and present strong solutions • Handle pressure well and think fast in difficult / unexpected situations • Excellent time management & organisational skills
