Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience as a project manager in marketing or digital environment. • Expert level organization and planning skills. • Experience with any marketing automation and CRM software. (Hubspot, Asana, Jira preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or related field. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana). • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategies. • Familiarity with data analytics and performance metrics. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Experience managing projects with personnel spread across multiple time zones. • Demonstrated track record of effective project management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. • Experience defining metrics and measuring the success of campaigns or initiatives that are launched. • Experience working in an Agile environment and engaging with multi-disciplinary and technical engineering teams. • Bonus: Experience in blockchain, web3 projects, or open-source developer tooling.
