• Business Insider is hiring a coupons fellow to join our Commerce team. • The Business Insider Fellowship Program is for early career journalists. • This paid role requires you to work for 40 hours a week and can be fully remote. • As a Coupons & Deals Editorial Fellow, you’ll write deal articles highlighting working coupons and promotions. • You will work with freelancers and our partnerships team to source new codes and exclusive deals. • You’ll strategize and plan an editorial calendar with an emphasis on SEO and using data.
Requirements
• Writing and editing commerce stories • Be knowledgeable about a range of retailer websites • Be efficient, energized, and have great judgment • Be familiar with general SEO best practices - we’ll help you become a master • Be keen to research new article opportunities • A passion for digital storytelling and voracious reading habits • Familiarity with digital and social media • The ability to work quickly and collaboratively with a fast-paced team • Proofreading and copyediting skills • A love of Business Insider and our mission to serve readers with the information and inspiration they need in a way that’s accurate, fair, fast, and fun
