• Manage MENA customers • Drive adoption and retention proactively • Build relationships with customers and ensure services are provided for maximum impact • Coordinate with Customer Success Specialists and Account Managers • Be the primary contact for the partner • Orchestrate efforts to keep adoption and usage high • Provide best use cases according to partner needs • Responsible for gross retention, CSAT, health score, and lock-in score improvement
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields • 3+ years of work experience in customer-facing roles • Preferably SaaS experience • Strong communication skills in English & Native Language • High sense of responsibility and accountability • Strategic thinker with project management skills • Customer-oriented with ability to establish robust relationships • Self-motivated, proactive teammate with innovative ideas
