Description

• Responsible for defining the why, when, and what of the products that the engineering team is building. This means you will be leading cross-functional teams with your communication starting from a product's ideation all the way through to its launch. • Responsible for building a product and strategy which reflects Insider`s vision. Your job is to clearly articulate the business value to the product team so they understand the intent behind the new product or product release. • Defining the release process and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market. • Managing and prioritizing product items. You will be owning the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new ideas. You will be continuously benchmarking, monitoring and understanding market needs and requirements, competition, customer/user requirements, and emerging technologies. • Defining and analyzing the metrics to calculate how features or products are performing, what is the level of customer satisfaction, and provide suggestions for improvements. • Always remember that building great products is invigorating. Successful products are built and adopted by customers when a group of committed, focused, and passionate team members play their positions to the best of their abilities. This starts with a strong product manager who feels a deep sense of responsibility for their role and a deep commitment to their team. • So, you are going to do your best to create great products, that everybody loves.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS product. • B.S from a top-tier university, preferably in Engineering, Business Management or a related field. • Previous hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on a time-bounded schedule. • Previous hands-on experience in Agile Product Development. • Exceptional decision-making and communication skills. • Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions and translate requirements into detailed product specifications. • Real passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving. • Self-driven organized entrepreneurial spirit. • Ability to manage complex initiatives with limited supervision. • Prior Design experience. This is a plus!
