Description

•Working with security events and alerts, •Performing forensic analysis, •Performing regular threat hunting, •Responding to alerts through available tools, services and standard procedures, •Monitoring and analysis; analyze network traffic, log analysis, prioritize and differentiate between potential intrusion attempts and false alarms, •Performing detail analysis of events during the incident process, •Participating in knowledge sharing with other Engineers and writing technical articles (i.e Internal Knowledge Bases), •Working with the Information Security Team, •Performing other essential duties as assigned.

Requirements

•have bachelor degree or graduation status in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electronic and Communication Engineering or similar disciplines, •understand working logic of the following Security Products WAF, IPS/IDS, SIEM, SOAR, EDR, Antivirus, Sandbox •have good understanding of security operations concepts: perimeter defense, data loss protection, insider threat, kill chain analysis, risk assessment, and security metrics, •have basic understanding of IT operations: help desk, end-point management, and server management, •have an active interest in Internet Security, Incident Detection, Network and Systems Security, •have a basic knowledge of TCP/IP and general networking principles, •have a basic level knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 attacks, •have a knowledge intro level Python or any scripting language, •focus on growing as an engineer, learning existing tools, resources and processes, •have high analytical, critical and quantitative thinking skills, •have good communication skills with ability to interpret and deliver technical information to stakeholders, •have curious and proactive personality with active interest in researching latest developments in Cyber Security field.
