Description

• Building and designing a robust automation system • Monitoring every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure the quality and timely finalization of products • Predicting the testing process and developing test strategies • Attending internal client meetings and discussing the weekly situation with the project leadership team • Working in cooperation with departments that support the infrastructure, implementation, and ongoing improvements in the automation framework • Regulating hardware and software requirements for test setup and ensuring the quality of the content and structure of all test documents • Examining QA artifacts and reports prepared by Quality Assurance Engineers • Proactively identifying and managing risks • Developing test strategies and following the new requirements for projects • Supporting the continuous learning culture that exists inside while shaping the growth of the team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance • Deep understanding of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes • Experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB/ISTQB/TMAP • Solid experience with Python or Java • In-depth knowledge about the Agile Testing Process • Fluent in English • Good knowledge of Quality Assurance and Web Development tools, concepts, and methodologies • Familiarity with software tools used in functional test automation such as Selenium (and maybe Appium, Locust & Jenkins) • Real problem solver and curious when it comes to Quality Assurance • Proactive and self-directed person that takes initiative when necessary • Fluent in Turkish (is a plus)
