📋 Description

• As a Junior Designer, you’ll be part of a highly skilled Marketing Design team, creating engaging visuals for web, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads. • Collaborate with marketers and content creators, contributing to projects that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. • Designing digital marketing materials (social media graphics, banners, email templates, ads, presentations, etc.). • Assisting in creating branding materials while maintaining brand consistency. • Supporting the design of website assets and landing pages. • Working closely with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets. • Following project guidelines and meeting deadlines. • Managing multiple design requests while maintaining quality. • Researching industry trends, competitors, and best practices. • Staying updated on new design tools and techniques. • Bringing fresh ideas to improve marketing materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital graphics, illustrations, and layouts. • Solid Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator skills, with the ability to adapt to new tools. • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, creating engaging presentations. • A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, ensuring high-quality design. • Strong communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with the team. • Openness to feedback, with a growth mindset and willingness to refine designs based on input. • Organization skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
