Description

• Review and reconcile general ledger accounts for accuracy. • Assist in performing variance analysis between forecasts and actual results. • Support preliminary event settlement processes for financial data alignment. • Collaborate with departments and vendors to gather documentation and resolve discrepancies. • Provide support with accounts payable and receivable tasks during year-end close. • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting. • Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for leadership review. • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures for audit readiness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems and tools is an asset. • Experience in production accounting or the music industry is helpful but not required. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Strong communication skills for collaborating with vendors and internal staff.
