• Analyze task assignments to ensure work is achievable within set milestones. • Review task progress vs. remaining work to keep milestones on track. • Collaborate with people managers to ensure team members are fully engaged and aligned with project tracking. • Identify and address inefficiencies in processes, tools, and collaboration, escalating issues as necessary based on urgency and complexity. • Update project roadmaps and communicate changes in alignment with mid and senior project managers.
Requirements
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in a related field, such as game development, production, or project management. • Projected to graduate by Spring 2026. • A collaborative team player who knows when to take initiative and when to seek guidance. • Aligns with our Insomniac Code—respectfully working together to deliver exceptional player experiences.
