• Implement and manage change within large teams or projects; and provide mentorship. • Have extensive industry knowledge and guide cross-functional teams on industry trends and challenges. • Actively seek out new knowledge, share insights, and encourage team learning. • Manage multiple projects independently, while identifying project risks, and ensuring timely delivery. • Analyze potential risks in projects, implement risk management plans, and provide risk insights. • Design and validate comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs and oversee multiple implementations; ensure best practices & resolve escalated issues. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure their needs are met. • Conduct thorough discovery sessions and integrate findings into solution design. • Strategize client engagements; deep technical consulting. • Consult clients on best practices, drive deeper engagements, upsell services. • Demonstrate proficient negotiation skills, finding win-win solutions. • Lead in-depth analysis; predictive modeling. • Lead complex implementations; custom solution design. • Produces in-depth technical guides and is seen as a documentation expert. • Mentors others in best practices. • Provide in-depth technical guidance and troubleshoots complex issues. • Execute advanced demos, introduce innovation and integrate client feedback. • Lead in designing complex technical requirements; collaborates with Product Management.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience in client focused roles. • Ideally in an international tech start-up / scale-up environment. • At least 2+ years of experience in a Solutions Consulting in a SaaS environment. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment independently. • Demonstrated experience in B2B SaaS, analytic tools, or applications software with a demonstrated track record in exceeding goals. • Knowledge of the supply chain industry and sustainability practices is a strong plus. • Demonstrated experience in translating complex business processes into simple, actionable steps, such as through flowcharts or process maps. • Strong critical thinking, analytical and communicational skills. • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills (web & in-person) required. • Experience in establishing and growing senior-level relationships (Directors, VP, SVP, etc.). • Demonstrable understanding and appetite for digital technology including API Integration, SFTP Integration, Tools Automation. • Comfortable to own and manage monthly & quarterly objectives and quotas. • Ability to work from home independently and collaboratively. • Experience of working alongside product teams and staying abreast of product developments, competitor activities, and market developments. • Ability to quickly establish key facts, requirements to evaluate and propose solutions to business problems or processes. • Analytical and consultative approach to client engagements. • Fluent in English.
