📋 Description
• Director, International Field Marketing leads marketing strategy and initiatives for Inspire’s portfolio of brands in the region. • Responsible for strategic planning through execution, providing consultative support and oversight to franchisees and licensees. • Oversees Field Marketing Managers (FMMs) in the region. • Directly leads select emerging brands or franchisee relationships in the Americas region. • Responsible for driving transactions and achieving budgeted Comps while influencing licensees to adopt global marketing strategies. • Develops and maintains strong relationships with franchisees and key internal stakeholders.
