•Oversees and supports franchisees in executing marketing strategies •Works closely with regional and cross-functional teams to implement campaigns •Develops and maintains strong relationships with franchisees, vendors and internal stakeholders •Leads franchisees in developing localized multi-channel marketing strategies •Manages media strategies across traditional and digital channels •Tracks, analyzes, and optimizes marketing campaign performance •Collaborates with Regional Teams to drive performance •Drives strategic planning for new market entries and brand launches •Collaborates with culinary team to align new product offerings with local trends •Maintains brand standards and consistency across marketing channels
🎯 Requirements
•Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business •Minimum 5 years marketing experience required •Restaurant industry relevant experience preferred •International experience required •Global Mindset •Experience with product development •Strong analytical, organizational and written and verbal communications skills •Ability to work and lead collaboration across a wide variety of work styles and personalities in a cross-functional team environment •Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time •Ability to communicate at all levels to build relationships and enhance partnerships, both internal and external •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and be detail oriented •Self-starter personality who can operate with some supervision
