📋 Description
• As the Controller, you will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of Inspiren’s financial operations, including corporate accounting, compliance, financial reporting and internal controls. • The Controller will oversee the accounting team, providing strategic guidance and hands-on support in improving financial reporting. • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to optimize financial performance, support the company’s growth initiatives, and improve financial planning. • Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of the company’s monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Lead the redesign and optimization of financial reporting processes to enhance the company’s financial statements. • Develop and maintain the annual budget to align with organizational goals. • Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, as well as control tools, to reinforce our internal controls. • Monitor daily cash transactions and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability. • Oversee adherence to all relevant tax laws and ensure tax filings are accurate and submitted on time.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • CPA or CMA certification preferred • 5+ years in a financial leadership role • 3+ years with financial reporting and analysis • Expertise in preparing and improving financial statements and reports • Proficiency in financial data analysis and forecasting • Experience with budget development and variance analysis • Knowledge of GAAP compliance and regulations • Previous management of accounting teams • Successful implementation of financial systems and controls • Track record of identifying and implementing cost-saving measures
