Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering field. PhD in AI / ML a plus. • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on machine learning expertise in projects at scale. • Technical Expertise: • Programming Proficiency: Expertise in Python. • LLM Expertise: Understand how to train, finetune, and deploy LLM models. • Data Science / ML: Have expertise in one or more of standard ML libraries: Pytorch / Tensorflow, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapting to changing priorities. • Start-up experience is a plus. • Additional Qualifications: Experience with healthcare datasets and HIPAA regulations.

Benefits
