Description

• Lead a team of backend and mobile engineers. • Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to define tech vision. • Serve as authority in building and managing lifecycle of applications. • Partner with Retailers to launch new integrations. • Oversee production services for an exemplary experience. • Influence multiple teams across the broader company.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a hands-on technical leader. • 2+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ software engineers. • Strong background in backend development; experience with both backend and mobile is advantageous. • Ability to craft and execute strategic engineering roadmaps that align with business objectives. • Highly structured and proactive communication capabilities. • Experience in staffing, mentoring, and leading engineering teams to success. • Experience working with product managers, EM peers, and senior ICs. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective cross-functional leadership.
