β€’ Overview: As a Principal Ad Solutions Manager, you will be instrumental in the launch and growth of Business to Business ad products. β€’ Your role will focus on engaging with prospective advertisers and partners, delivering strategic insights, and driving initiatives to achieve product, revenue, and adoption benchmarks for the launch of a new ads offering. β€’ You will work closely with our product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of new advertising stakeholders within our existing customer base. β€’ About the Team: Our ads team’s mission is to connect consumers with brands that will believe in the power of advertising to drive significant results for brands, consumers, and partners alike. β€’ Translate company goals into an overarching commercialization and revenue strategy for new B2B ad products and partnerships. β€’ Conduct thorough discovery sessions with CPG brands to understand needs, leveraging introductions from existing sales teams, senior leadership, and B2B ads partners. β€’ Scope and explore new revenue streams by establishing relationships with key decision makers and new personas within existing advertisers.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 10+ years proven experience in sales engineering, management consulting, or enterprise solutions, preferably within digital advertising, e-commerce, CPG, or related industries. β€’ Strong knowledge of B2B CPG sales strategies and familiarity with industry dynamics. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior-level contacts (VP+). β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product and sales strategies. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively within a team and cross-functionally in a matrix org. β€’ Experience launching new offerings driving them to market success. β€’ Bachelor's degree
