📋 Description

• Lead transformation, optimization, and support of financial systems and processes at Instacart. • Oversee management of financial systems, ensuring efficiency and performance. • Drive system implementations and improvements for enhanced decision-making. • Collaborate with diverse teams to streamline workflows and maximize efficiency. • Champion AI-driven solutions to revolutionize financial data management. • Build and mentor a high-performing team to support financial systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or similar credentials preferred. • 15 years of experience in managing financial systems, accounting operations, or a similar role, ideally in a public company environment. • Expertise in financial systems such as Oracle, FDP, FAH, FloQast, Alteryx, and BI tools (e.g., Mode, Power BI). • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements. • Advanced skills in financial systems architecture, data analytics, and querying (e.g., SQL, related query tools). • Demonstrated track record of leveraging technology to optimize processes and drive automation and innovation.
