Description

• Define, communicate, and drive the technical strategy for the team • Drive high-quality execution of key business outcomes of the team by overseeing the roadmap • Create and ensure the adoption of best practices and engineering standards • Foster strong collaboration and working model with peers and different stakeholder teams • Mentor and support team members for personal and professional growth • Lead the recruitment and hiring processes to build a high-performing team

Requirements

• Proven track record as a hands-on technical leader, preferably at a Staff+ level in a similar industry • 2+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ software engineers • Strong background in backend development; experience with web apps and mobile is advantageous • Ability to craft and execute strategic engineering roadmaps that align with business objectives • Highly structured and proactive communication capabilities • Experience in staffing, mentoring, and leading engineering teams to success • Experience working with product managers, EM peers, and senior ICs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective cross-functional leadership
