Description
• Develop our next version of Instacart Design System’s iOS components • Provide simple solutions that help engineers create great experiences at high velocity • Collaborate with your engineering peers to design elegant and consistent component APIs • Focus on the details of developer experience to make using the Instacart Design System absolutely frictionless • Engage with designers daily to co-create the best components/patterns possible • Support Instacart's iOS engineering team with best-in-class documentation/support
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in iOS app UI development • Practical knowledge and experience using SwiftUI and UIKit • Effective in developing native mobile applications with accessibility in mind • Strong communication and written skills • Solid understanding of fundamental design principles and a high attention to detail in UI implementation • An exceptionally collaborative approach towards working with design and engineering teams • Background in writing developer-oriented documentation (preferred) • Experience working directly on a design system team (preferred)
