• At Instagrid, you shape a more sustainable future by bringing pure energy into your region. • You’re responsible for filling the top of the sales funnel by prospecting and qualifying new customers. • You gather well researched information about potential customers and their industry. • You identify our customers’ needs and differentiate the benefits of our solution from competition. • You work on inbound leads and contact potential customers outbound via phone, mail or social media. • To support our Key Account Managers you prepare larger accounts for meetings. • You digitally close smaller accounts by yourself. • You continuously improve our sales scripts to qualify and convert leads as well as improving your performance constantly.
• Business or engineering degree or completed apprenticeship (business or service sector) • 2 years of hands-on experience as a Sales Development Representative, Inside Sales or a similar role • Proven hands-on success with sales prospecting techniques for tele sales, such as cold calling, cold emailing and social outreach • Good understanding of sales metrics and good skills in working data-driven • Excellent presentation skills • Engaging personality as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills • Excellent French and English skills, both written and spoken
