• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred) • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the RCM or medical billing industry • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the healthcare sector • Strong understanding of RCM and medical billing processes, industry regulations, and compliance requirements • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
