• Guide team in selecting and implementing a small-business-focused CRM solution • Prepare CRM tool for use and train team on usage • Research CRM products, present options against requirements, and give recommendations

Requirements

• Previous CRM consultant/integration experience • Ability to advise and educate on numerous CRM solutions • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively • Knowledge of and experience with evaluating, setting up, and using small business CRM solutions • Keen attention to detail • Availability during a portion of the Monday- Friday 9-5 ET workday for collaboration with the team
