Description

• Develop strategic plans for advertising campaigns to generate revenue for the publishers across our different business divisions • Collaborate on integrating new demand and supply partners using RTB, Prebid, VAST, SDK etc. • Manage ad tech platforms and tools for ad delivery, optimization, and reporting • Oversee implementation and tracking of ads across digital channels • Analyze performance data and optimize for maximum revenue • Improve ROI • Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising strategies with business goals • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations for digital advertising • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners • Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, including distilling complex concepts

Requirements

• Experience in digital advertising or ad operations • Strong understanding of ad tech platforms and principles • Proficiency in using ad tech tools • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data • Excellent communication and leadership skills • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Commitment to ethical standards and compliance • Continuous learning mindset
