• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for Balihoo • Proactively identify and research potential leads • Initiate contact via phone, email, and social media • Engage in initial conversations to understand the prospect's needs • Schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and the sales team • Maintain and update accurate records of sales activities in CRM • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape • Nurture leads through follow-up communications
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role • Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills • A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools • Ability to handle objections and rejection gracefully • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks • Comfortable using sales enablement tools and communication technologies • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solutions • Experience selling to SMB customers preferred but not required • Experience selling advertising or ad tech solutions preferred but not required
