• Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for Balihoo • Research potential leads using various tools • Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and social media • Schedule meetings or calls between potential customers and sales team • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system • Work closely with sales and marketing teams • Stay informed on industry trends and market shifts • Nurture leads through regular follow-up communications
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role • Strong, persuasive verbal and written communication skills • Self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Proficiency with CRM software (HubSpot preferred) • Ability to handle objections and rejection • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks • Comfortable using sales enablement tools and communication technologies • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and solutions
