Description
• Deliver training curriculum to new customers • Support initial customer onboarding • Lead virtual and on-site Go-Lives • Offer ongoing support through webinars • Build positive customer relationships • Collaborate with Education team to keep materials up-to-date • Provide additional support to Support team as needed
Requirements
• Desire and availability to travel frequently throughout the United States and Canada • Deep understanding of customer needs • Comfortable with software and tech tools • Capable of using data to assess adoption metrics • Strong collaborator within customer experience • Effective in delivering clear, engaging training • Strong written and verbal communication skills • 2+ years experience in a veterinary hospital (nice-to-have) • Understanding of veterinary terminology (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with Instinct products (nice-to-have)
