Description

• Conduct comprehensive audits of insurance policies and underwriting practices for compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance quality and efficiency. • Assist in the creation and refinement of auditing procedures to ensure best practices are followed across the company. • Monitor and report on quality metrics, trends, and areas for potential improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance industry, preferably auto and home. • Highly organized and detail oriented. • Quick learner and adaptable towards ever evolving processes and technologies. • Experience properly rating, selling and underwriting insurance policies. • Knowledge of carrier and agency guidelines. • Ability to communicate proper actions and expectations as regards the writing of insurance policies.
