Description

• Plan, write, edit, test, and improve content to help our employees, partners, and customers implement and use our solutions. • Apply and maintain standards to ensure our content is easy to consume, resonates with the target audiences, and reflects the company's brand identity. • Work with the Information Development team to implement repeatable, scalable content operations for the Industry Solutions team. • Develop content strategies that align to the company's goals and help solve customer needs ensuring the resulting content remains informative, engaging, and up to date. • Work with partners and stakeholders across design, research, product, services, and customer experience to uncover user needs and translate them into compelling and effective learning content. • Continuously monitor and analyze content performance, user feedback, and industry developments to identify areas for improvement. • Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders across Industry Solutions, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and other subject-matter experts for alignment and guidance.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience writing content and delivering content strategy and content design. • Experience creating technical documentation, preferably structured, topic-based content. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to adapt content based on audience feedback and metrics. • Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to lead as processes evolve and mature. • Familiarity with content design strategies and methods, including user-centered, service, behavioral, and experience design and user research methods • Solid team player with the ability to interact, influence, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong, positive working relationships. • Confident communicator with the ability to present concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging way, both verbal and written. • Comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. • Experience with a structured authoring tool, such as Paligo.
