• Provide creative ideas and vision for marketing initiatives to grow the 40 Watt Coaching brand. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, optimizing efforts to drive business growth. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategy. • Develop a content strategy tailored to LinkedIn’s professional audience. • Create and curate engaging content, including posts, articles, and visuals that reflect our voice. • Track the performance of your content and campaigns, analyzing metrics to improve results. • Engage with comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner. • Stay current on social media trends and best practices to keep our strategy sharp. • Audit and manage website updates, ensuring brand consistency and story accuracy. • Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement. • Draft content for blog posts, newsletters, and social media – ensuring all content is aligned with our founder's voice. • Assist with video editing and creating graphics using Canva or similar tools. • Assist with LinkedIn outreach, building relationships through the founder’s profile and responding to inquiries. • Help manage and engage with our online community, ensuring our mission and values are clear and present in all interactions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in corporate marketing, content creation, or social media management. • College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing strategies. • Experience working with coaches, consultants, or in a client-facing role is highly desired. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects. • Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt. • Ability to accept feedback, pivot when needed, and collaborate with the team to achieve results. • Must have access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and a distraction-free work environment.
