Description

• We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Resourcing Specialist - Cybersecurity to join our Payments Compliance team. • The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting capacity planning, resource management, project allocation, and reporting. • This position requires close collaboration with the Practice Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the effective utilization of resources, support project planning, and provide insights through forecasting and reporting. • The role is essential for helping the department maintain efficiency and successfully meet project deadlines while staying compliant with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in resource management, capacity planning, or project coordination, preferably within a compliance, financial services • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting. • Proficiency in using tools such as Excel or similar reporting software is required. • Experience in resource allocation and project planning methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously. • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Effective communication skills, both English written and verbal, with the ability to interact and collaborate with team members and leadership at various levels. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify issues and offer solutions. • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Nice to have - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the payments industry is a strong plus. • Nice to have - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
