🎯 Requirements
• Strong experience in Cyber Incident Response activities • Ability to work with customers face to face • Capacity to multitask on various issues • Clear understanding of ITIL processes • Strong judgment in resolving issues • Initiative to drive incidents to resolution • Capable of working with teams that challenge processes • Understanding of ITIL, SANS, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 and ISO20000
