• As the inaugural member of our Learning and Development team, you'll design and deliver the learning management system and processes. • Your mission will be to harness cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions to create an engaging and effective learning management system. • Manage and oversee the organization's Learning Management Systems (LMS) functionality. • Develop and implement Altera's learning management system considering the organization's needs and future requirements. • Conduct LMS capability assessments, contribute to the system roadmap, and test vendor releases. • Analyze user engagement data related to training programs and compliance training to assess effectiveness and completion rates. • Stay updated on trends in Learning technology, LMS developments, and regulatory changes affecting compliance training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree • At least 5 years of recent experience as a Learning Management System Administrator • Technical prowess with LMS platforms (Preferably Workday Learning) and tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate, or Storyline 360 • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues related to software (e.g. Articulate, Udemy) • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to compliance training • Developed a comprehensive Admin Training Program designed to upskill program managers • Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data across multiple organizational levels and programs
