📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the organization's existing products, and their impact on the users and target audience (Beneficiary). • Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities within the non-profit sector. • Analyze data to inform product decisions. • Engage with end-users, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs, pain points, and expectations. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to document product requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories and use cases. • Creating a roadmap that aligns with the strategic goals of Intelehealth. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including programs, designers and developers, to help translate requirements into actionable development tasks. • Assist in the creation of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. • Create and maintain product documentation, including product requirement documents (PRDs), user guides, release notes, and feature specifications. • Continuously gather feedback from users, internal and external stakeholders and use this information to iterate on product features and improvements. • Managing relationships with internal and external teams, balancing diverse stakeholder needs and priorities. • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Public Health, Hospital management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Product Manager, preferably in the digital health sector. • Product Management: Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices. • Collaboration and partnership skills for interdisciplinary functions. • Stakeholder and client management skills for effective client management. • Product Vision and Strategy: Ability to define and communicate the product vision and strategy. • Understanding market trends and customer needs. • Developing and maintaining a product roadmap. • Backlog Management: Creating, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog. • Writing clear and concise user stories. • Ensuring that the backlog aligns with the product vision. • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc. • Effective communication skills for conveying ideas, presenting product updates, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Skill in collaborating with various stakeholders, including developers, designers, and end-users.
