Description

• The Statistical Data Analyst position exists to provide psychometric and statistical services for Inteleos certification examination programs. • The primary responsibilities shall include performing psychometric and statistical analyses using software such as R and WINSTEPS, as well as generating both routine and ad hoc psychometric outputs, analyses, and reports. • This role is key in ensuring the data integrity and supporting the continuous improvement of exam processes. • The Statistical Data Analyst will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or equivalent in statistics, measurement and testing, or a related field; • Minimum of one year of applied experience in a related field preferred (academic experience will be considered). • Ability to identify and propose testing process improvements; • Strong written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to maintain a broad perspective on concepts while ensuring accuracy in details; • Demonstrated experience in classical test theory and statistical data analyses; • Demonstrated experience in experimental design and conducting applied testing research; • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively, efficiently, and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization; • Demonstrated skill in technical writing; • Proven ability to work in a team environment; • Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful conditions; • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills; • High-level computer literacy, with extensive skills in running and interpreting R; • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
